Set(O) form and dependent absences

Post by varghesejim » Thu Jun 12, 2014 4:41 pm

Hello,

We are applying for ILR next week.I am the main applicant. My wife had some(long) absences, but there is no place to put in the dependents absences in Set(O).Are me missing something?

Any help on this would be appreciated. In fact, except for the name and basic details, the form is not asking ANY OTHER INFORMATION. Are we both missing something here?

Dear Sir,
Any absences can be mentioned in a covering letter which is usually attached along with your application and supporting documents.
If you have any further questions please do get in touch- more than willing to help out.
Hope this helps.

These absences will only be important at the naturalization phase (if she chooses to apply). For SET(O), my understanding is that dependent's absences are not important.
