flr(fp) need help.

Hi there,

I am new to this forum and desperately need help and advices to legalise my immigration status here in UK.

I have a british citizen partner and a nearly 3 years old british citizen daughter.

I came to UK with 6 months visitor visa on 2003 and became an overstayer after the visitor visa expired.

Applied for COF on April 2011 to get married and refused,passport since held by home office until now,need to report to Police Station every week.

Applied using flr(o) form (Article 8,private family life) by solicitor on September 2012,again got refused on November 2013 with no right of apeal.Solicitor sent a reconsideration letter to home office and hear nothing from them.

My questions are,

1.Can i apply using flr(fp) form myself without the help from the solicitor(My passport held by home office).
2.I cannot prove my relationship with my partner for the past few years,only can prove by the letter from GP,and letters from family and friends and photos.
3.My partner do not have financial prove.

I suggest you find out what is happening with the existing claim without putting in new ones. Furthermore, consider marriage.

Hi,
I received letter from my solicitor about my immigration matter.
The Home Office will not consider my case further under the old application and said I am entitled to made a fresh application based on family life in uk which is FLR(FR)Form where parent of british citizen is entitled to apply for leave to remain in UK under the 10 years route.

My question is,
Can I apply myself without using solicitor,as I mentioned above,my passport held by Home Office.
