my fiance got the certificate of non impediment , she is asking if it should be with apostille , she s from Uk and me from Morocco
please it's the 3rd time i ask this question no body replies

You and your fiancee need to attend your nearest British Consulate to have the certificate legalised and translated into French. These are their instructions:
I live in the UK (or within a British Consular District overseas other than in Morocco). What documents do I need to bring to you?
You will need to present the following documents:
Your passport
The Certificate of No-Impediment issued in the UK by your local Registrar’s Office, or from the British Consulate within the Consular District in which you reside
Your Moroccan fiancé(e)’s identity card
We will give you:

A Certificate of No-Objection (also known as Capacity document)
A Certified copy of passport (also known as Nationality document)
Both these documents are issued in French, which is acceptable by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where the documents must be legalised. They are valid for three months from the date they are issued. The date of issue is the date shown on the Certificate of No Impediment issued by the UK Registrar’s Office. If you do not make arrangements to be married within three months of that date, you will need to re-apply. It is therefore advisable to keep this date in mind when making all other arrangements for your intended marriage.

all it's clear , we don't need apostille , thank you bless u
