PBS Dependant extension after ILR

Could you advise me relevant docs required to extend my wife's visa on PBS Dependant (Tier 1) after I get my ILR (hopefully)

Also, is there a timeline that is tracking start to finish times for PBS Dep category

The only doc I could identify before / after this post is a 90 day bank statement. Is that (along with completed form + passports / BRP) all that is required for a PBS extension? As I am planning for a postal application, I just want to make sure I haven't missed anything based in which they can reject my application. Amber - could you advise if I am missing the obvious here?

Also, re: second part of my query on application timescales, based on current trend, could you provide a very rough estimate for postal? If it's over 4 months, I wouldn't mind considering PEO.

Yes, documents are minimal. It can be up to 6 months for a postal application, but I suspect less.
