Process to update priority of submitted visa applicaction

Just wondering if anyone can let me know how I can update the priority of my submitted visa application.

Have you checked your country offers the priority service?

Yes, I submitted my visa application though VFS Toronto, Canada and as per my knowledge they offer priority service.

Since the application was initially submitted as normal and I now would like to upgrade priority of my application so that it processed quickly as it's 3 month now since the application was submitted.

I would appreciate if someone can let me know how can I upgrade the priority of my visa application.
