Eea family permit complicated help

Hello :) everybody , I need your help with eea family permit .
I was in London as a visitor and after I got Islamic marriage with my ex girl friend and applied for eea 2 but refused coz the Islamic marriage is not recognised in uk so after awhile I knew my wife now and we got married in uk as I'm single after I left voluntary uk and came back to my home country to apply to my wife country resident card and now we have a baby in Spain as she is spainash and got 5 years rc in Spain , in the application I said I didn't married before but also I have applied for eea2 in uk ,, is this will be a problem or what should I do ?? Thanks

Ate you applying for a Residence Card or an EEA family permit.

If the marriage was not recognised, it will be as if you were never married. They will not hold it against you as they said the marriage was not recognised. Therefore there is no need for a divorce.

If however you say you were married before, you will be required to provide evidence that the marriage has been dissolved by means of a divorce.

Thanks obie for you answer :) hope it will be ok . One more question , in the cover latter from my wife should she write she is a job seeker and that she will support my financlly and we are going together ! That's it !?
