ILR Continuous period with combination of Tier 2 + Dep Visa

Hi there,

Could someone please confirm if is there any way in which 5 years period can be counted in combinations of Tier-2 granted in Nov-2009(4 years) along with Dependent visa(1 year) to become eligible for settlement in the UK.

Tier-2 ICT [ Nov-2009 to Dec-2013 ] + Dependent Visa [ Jan-2014 to Dec-2014] = 5 years.

unfortunately on the 5 year route the two periods cannot be combined for ILR
