tier 1 visa, waiting for appeal, URGENT, GOT A CALL FROM IMM

MY APPEAL HEARING DATE IS IN DECEMBER,
BUT
GOT THIS CALL YESTERDAY FROM IMMIGRATION OFFICER THAT HE WANT TO MEET ME AT MY HOME,
VERY STRANGE,
HE DID NOT MENTIONED, PURPOSE OF HIS VISIT,
HE CONFIRMED MY NAME, ADDRESS, HEARING DATE AND THAT WAS ALL,

URGENT HELP, ANYONE , IN SAME SITUATION OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT,
HE IS COMING TOMORROW

My advice would be to have all the material you have for your business at your office table. Prepare yourself for a sort of presentation about how you run your business. Be confident. Hot coffee and cakes won't hurt.

Really strange indeed! Wondering why you were not invited for interview to answer questions instead. Why were you refused visa in the first place? Could it be other people have been using your home as registered address too, or HO want to see the working area in your home if you will be working from home till you get visa? Are you living in a shared house/flat, if so did you get landlord letter permitting you to work from there, or you have mortgage?

yes visa was refused, back in july
to be honest, i am not doing any business as funds were overseas and visa got refused,but as per lawyer, i still have same rights as i had with last visa status (while waiting for appeal ) , which was psw,
so dont know,
i dont have mortgage,
its shared house

It is better that u call home.office to confirm that is it real call from home office that home officer is coming to see you at home. Tell them that you want to make sure that this call.is from home. I.dont think they mind to.confirm this.

According to my Understanding, This is a 100% fake call from X Y Z including people around you in sharing. keep my words somebody is playing game on you . HO will never do it. if they intend to visit the applicants then y would they interview ? if they start probing like that then it should have started in early 2013 when they announced of G .E test (interview).

I only suggest you be confident and change your sols who is sleeping i guess... Because he is representing you .... while you are waiting for your hearing date if you come across any Situation like this .....your sols will be contacted not you.

Keep your Docs safe dont share anything where you live ...Rest leave it to Allah until you get sorted.

No where mentioned about this new procedure, especially when your appeal is in process.

If somebody tried to make fun out it, then it's proper nonsense coz going through refusal case is a loss of precious time, money and indeed very stressful. I hope you will sort this out and

I think it's a prank call from some known person.

HO people r not that free that they come to your home and do enquiry.

Only enforcement team raids home when they have strong case against u and they come to your home to pick u and deport u.
