Hey guys,
I am applying for my permanent residence and would like clarification on the form. Just so you know a bit more about my situation.
I am non-eu / Wife eu, married since 2009.
Applied and issued with resident card in 2009 and will expire in 2014
Wife is from A8 countries and applied for worker registration scheme from 2006 and got the eea1 registration card in 2008 as a worker.
Wife got her permanent resident card in 2012.
Page 9 of the eea4 application form mentions :
If you are applying for a permanent residence card and your continuous 5-year period of residence in the uk in accordance with the regulations includes a period when your eea national family member was required to be registered on wrs then you should provide evidence of this as stated in section 11. If she has got the permanent residence card, should we send all the wrs certificates too ? We do have them at hand.
Section 7 If your eea national family member has already acquired permanent residence, please provide either their document certifying permanent residence or .... blah blah
So I ticked the box here and went to section 8. Should we also provide docs that she has been exercising her treaty rights for the last 5 years as it also asks for it in section 11 on page 33 or just tick the box on page 34 for residence card and only provide the permanent card?
I am planning to provide 5 years p 60's for myself and 5 years bank statement for our join account as they also ask to provide evidence that she hasn't been absent from the uk for more than 2 consecutive years since permanent residence.
My wife will also send her p60's from 2012 to 2014 and her payslips from april 2014 to now.
I also noticed that even though it is my application, they haven't asked for any proof of residence for me " the non eu". would the documents mentioned be enough ? as i don't want to overload them with documents.
Please advise .
Thanks
