Tier 2 dependant visa - spouse maintaining funds

Hi all,

Im currently under Tier 2 visa. Im getting married next month and planning to bring my wife to UK with me. We will be applying TIER 2 DEPENDANT VISA for her from India. Due to certain financial circumstances and advise from few friends I asked her to maintain the funds in HER account in India for the last 4 months hoping to use it during the visa application.

Will this be accepted or only I should maintain £600 for 3 months in the UK? Please clarify this for me.

Even I am also in the same situation as yours. It would be helpful for me, if you share your experience and about the documents which you submitted for you wife visa. Please try to help me to get clear idea about the fund required to show and documents which need to be submitted.
I am having Tier 2 visa, working in UK from past 6 months. Now I am applying for my wife visa. As She is having a balance of 630 pounds in her indian account. But in read in some of the post that we can even submit the letter from the sponsored company stating that they will support for her till the end of the month. Please try to post your experience.

If your Sponsor is a A rated, Then it is just enough if you submit a letter from them for maintenance
