Whats best for my situation

Hi,
Summary of my situation is below. I'd appreciate if you can suggest best way.

I got Tier 1 (General) Visa from 16 June 2010, extended to 23 Oct 2015.But initial entry was on 24 Oct 2010.

Would I be eligible to apply for ILR in June 2015 or should I wait till 27 Sep 2015 (28 day gap)

Wife’s Tier 1 Dependent visa is issued on 30 January 2013 and is valid till 23 Oct 2015.
Since its after July 2012, should I apply for PBS dependent extension? If so how many years would it be extended to?

My son’s born on 13 Oct 2014, didn’t take Indian passport yet.
Can I directly apply for ‘register for UK citizen’ after I get my ILR?
