MN1 Applictaion - section 1 (3) query

Guys, just a quick question regarding the MN1 application.

Do you have to send the parents original Passport and original ILR BRP card with the application if you choose not to use NCS.

You can send photocopies attested by a lawyer but NCS will be cheaper option. Else you need to send original documents including parent's passport and ILR.

Couple of more questions.

1- The child is about 3 years old so in section 7 which is declaration, I (father) has to sign?
2- I have to leave the section 2 (Residence requirements) empty as child is born in UK and applying for registration under section 1(3). Correct?
3- I have to leave the section 3( Parents residence in the UK) empty as it is not applicable as I am a non-EU citizen with ILR?
