Am I elgible for ILR???

Post by highlanderz1 » Tue Nov 25, 2014 2:33 pm

Hello guys/ladies,

About me:

Came over from Commonwealth country in 2001 to join British Army.

Was in the army for 3 years 7 months.

Left in Nov 2004 and did not regularise my visa.

Been working in UK all these time and 2010 got given discresationary leave to remain for 3 years. 2013 given an extension to that discresationary leave to remain for another 3 years.

Married to British national/citizen in 2013 and still married. Before marriage been in a relation with same woman for about 4 years.

With all these information am I eligible for British citizenship or indefinite leave to remain? any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks.
