brp - please help

Hello
Done and passed my life in the UK test on 14/11/2014
Applied for ILR in Cryodon on the 17th, the approved my case verbly and said the need to wait till the database reflects that i passed the life in the uk test.
on 19th they issued the offical letter and returned my passport back
I lost my father and travelled out on the 21st without receiving my BRP and asked my wife to courier it to me when she recives it.
No signs for the BRP till now and I want to return toUK, any advice? did anyone apply same date and received his BRP? shall i count the 10 days from the 17th or the 19th?

probably too early for complete panic yet

in the first instance ring DX secure say you are expecting a mailing and your name and postcode, it may simply be stuck with them

in some areas people report that they have stopped leaving notices for delivery attempts
