ILR applying date confusion

Hello everyone,

My situation:

I'm going to apply for ILR soon. When I was granted leave to remain as a Spouse, I was given a 1 year, 10 months, 18 days (to be exact) visa instead of the 24 month visa under the old Immigration rules. Just to let you know I bit more about my background, before getting my Spouse visa, I came here in the UK on a Fiance Visa. After that I had applied for the Spouse Visa and I was granted visa under the New Immigration Rules mistakenly. So I had sent back the Biometric card to the Home Office to correct the mistake and I was granted visa under the Transitional Arrangements.


My question:

When do I apply for the ILR? Is it at the beginning of my visa expiry month or at the end of the visa expiring month?

I feel your question was not very clear, what your partner visa status? And when you entered to UK initially and on which visa ? when you extended your stay ?

My wife is British. I initially entered on a Fiance Visa on December 2012. Got my extension on March 2013.

My visa is expiring on 4/02/2015. So I need to apply for for my visa after 9th of January 2015. Am I right?
