Applying for ILR - SET(O) form
Applicant – Self and 2 dependants
Tier 2 – ICT (Entered UK on 5th Jan 2010)
I am getting my salary credited into Bank account on 23rd of every month and my bank statement is setup to come out on 10th of each month.
I have booked PEO appointment on 16th Jan 2015(in 2 days time). I have all other documents but haven't received my last month bank statement which shows my last month salary. I am subscribed to paper statement but last month statement will still be in post on the day of appointment. Checked with my bank(Natwest) if they can stamp and sign my electronic copy to which they said they have stopped doing now. * Took appointment assuming that bank will stamp and sign as I got it done earlier for visa extension application.
So, now I have attested and signed salary slips from HR for last 12 moths but missing last month bank statement which shows Dec'14 month salary. Last bank statement is dated 9th Nov - 9th Dec 14. Last salary was credited on 23rd Dec 14.
Below is statement from SET(O) form which I am worried about:
Your most recent payslip and your most recent bank/ building society statement. These must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.
So, need suggestions from the forum on if it is ok to go ahead with the appointment ?
If not, Is there any other option ? else I will cancel and rebook the appointment.
