FLRO APPLICATION

Post by Chris.chris » Thu Jan 15, 2015 12:37 am

hi
i am unmarried partner of british citizen. got 2.5 years leave to remain as an unmarried partner of British citizen. Recently made flro application of my 6 years old child(child is from previous relationship- and does not have leave to remain at the moment) he started living with me 2 years ago,as per the divorce document by court before that he was living with his mother. i did not apply for my child along with my application as i did not have his passport. NOw when filled in flro home office has sent me a letter saying that i need to pay £601 more for the application to be considered. Basically i made flro application filled payment part of the application with my childs name making him main applicant but in the rest of the application i filled in my details finances accommodation etc. Now home office is probably thinking that i am making application as well. so they want my fee along with the childs fee. i will appreciate if someone could help and tell me what to do in this situation.

Should i withdraw the application ? Make a new application, if i withdraw flro which application should i fill.
