Fresh Application - Withdraw the appeal or not?

Post by HakmedBond » Mon Jan 19, 2015 12:05 pm

I have recently received the letter from FTT refusing my request for permission to appeal at UTT. I understand that I now have 14 days to submit the permission request to UTT directly.

I am however interested in making a fresh application in a different category - FLR (M).

Can I just send in the application for FLR (m) or do I still need to withdraw the appeal if there is anything to withdraw that is? Should I also apply within this 14 day period or wait till after?

Many thanks

Thank you for your response.

That was my concern - I am not sure if my appeal is still considered to be pending or not.

In theory it is, but the little I have learnt over the last few years battling for my leave shows me that not only theory is not always same as the practice but also there are a lot of grey areas.
