2 Entrepreneur Join Business

Hello Friends,

I had got my entrepreneur tier 1(50k route) individually and one of my friend got visa with his partner (50k route). Now me and friend would like to start business together. i know i have to invest my 50k investment.
My question is:
1) can we start our business together my partnership amount will be 50k and rest of amount he will invest?
2) then i already have an company which i applied for visa, can we use two companies for 1 business??? or any other option we can use for companies????

how can i sort this out??
