query on ICT Long Term

Hello All,

I am currently working in UK on ICT Short term visa and my visa expires in april 2015.
If I get sponsorship from new employer for permanent job, Can I apply for ICT-LongTerm visa by going back to my home country
with the sponsor as new employer ?
will the cooling off period of 12 months still apply if the new employer pays me more than 41600 pounds annually?
If the cooling off period apply's how can I avoid it ? Is there any other visa type I can apply from new sponsor so that I don't have to wait for 12 months of cooling off period.

to be eligible for a T2 ICT long term visa you have to be employed by the sponsor for at least 12 months.

12 months cooling-off from the time you leave the UK will be required before you can apply for a T2G visa from home country
