Hi guys,

I was granted a tier2 general visa on 29/03/2010 and I entered the UK on 05/04/2010. What is the earliest date that I can apply:
02/03/2015- 28 days before completing 5 years on the basis of the date on which I was granted the visa
Or
08/03/2015- 28 days before completing 5 years on the basis on entry into country

02/03/2015 as the entry falls within 90 days grace period.
