ILR Eligibility Check

Post by rupniceguy » Mon Feb 02, 2015 8:44 pm

Hi Guys,

I came to UK on 15 March 2010. On 15 March 2015 I will complete 5 years.

In 5 years I had total of 298 days holidays out of UK as shown below:
2010 -2011--> 20
2011 -2012--> 24
2012 -2013--> 87
2013 -2014--> 83
2014 -2015--> 85

After these holidays, am I eligible to Apply for ILR on 15 March 2015? Please advise?

Many Thanks for looking into my questions and helping me out.

Best Regards,
Roop

The rule is that you become ineligible after 180 per 12 month period. You should be fine on this basis...
