URGENT please help Child Visa required ?

Please provide an urgent advice.
I am on ICT Short Term visa (Indian Passport Holder) expiring 21st March this year, I am blessed with baby boy in Nov'2014 within UK . Now, I am exiting UK in March and understand that there is no VISA required for child to exit.
However, I do have plan to return to UK on Family Visit visa early next year and of course , I will be applying for the family visit visa from my home country at that time.
Will there is any issues while applying for child visa at that time like, why child’s visa was not applied during last visit? etc
Please advice.

I don't see any issues. It's the normal process and the embassy will be aware of this.

Thanks moonlight , although it's a standard procedure however, I can not find any document stating the same at uk gov website.
Also, I wil be applying family visa to enter again in UK end of this year.
I am really confused as , I only have option to apply premium service now as time is running out for me.

Don't think you will find this explicitly written somewhere on gov.uk (maybe I'm not aware of any document which has this mentioned). But I know few of my friends who have traveled back to India with the UK-born babies without a visa. For your satisfaction, you can call the immigration helpline and talk to them - 0300 123 2241.

Thanks Vinny for your response. However, I do not think I can apply from abroad if my present visa is expired ( 21st March)
OR
Can I apply ?
my only concern is that if I apply for fresh visa in future will there be any concerns like why did not I applied for baby visa during last visit.
I would really appreciate if someone has experienced the same situation .

You are getting worried unnecessarily. There is nothing wrong in applying a new visa after your old visa is expired. You are repeating the same question again & again.
