Wife on Spouse Visa

Hi. Just a question regarding the extension of my wife's initial spouse visa granted in Nov 2013 and extension to be applied in July 2016.We have got a child born in the UK in Sep 2014.
If I do not meet the £18600 salary requirements at the time of extension, are there any other routes of extension available please.
