quick question switching from tier 4 to tier 2

Post by dikshya » Mon Mar 09, 2015 1:57 pm

I have completed my masters degree. Planning to switch to tier 2 and found the sponsor too. Will I be considered as a " new entrant" or the "experience one"? Anyone above the age of 26 will still be considered as a "new entrant" or not please?

Thanks

A “New Entrant” includes Post Study workers, graduates switching in-country from Tier 4 to Tier 2 and all migrants aged 26 or under (wherever they are applying from) on the date of their initial Tier 2 application. In each case, to qualify as a New Entrant, the migrant must not be applying to extend their total stay in Tier 2 and/or as a work permit holder beyond 3 years and 1 month.
