Seeking Advise for ILR application

Hi everybody,

I start straight away with the history,

I has my last extension was on Tier 1 General (HSMP) on February 2013. now i am due for ILR application in February 2016.
I applied initial Tier one General from PSW in December 2010.On both occasion i was self employed (IT Consultant) having degree
of B.Eng(Hons) from UK university.
Last year 2014 February i started ebay business under company and kept doing my self employed IT work as consultant which I
am still doing. one important thing that I know is i have to maintain £40000 income per year probably for my ILR.
one last thing that I would like to mention in history is I cam in UK in Feb 2007 so in Feb 2016 my stay will be 9 years.
Please advise what documents i need, like
1- I am getting monthly salary from my company
2- I have invoices of my self employment work as an IT consultant
3- Can I have dividend from company?

what else I need to apply for ILR in feb 2016 please.

help will be much appreciated.

Evidences of income come in 2 parts. Usually if you have 2 supporting documents for evidences then it is fine.
eg:- you said you were self-employed. If there is any proof (cheque etc., paid to you) and it is substantiated by your bank statement which says that the money was credited in your name, then UKBA is happy.
