I had a quick look through the forum, but didn't find a discussion on that matter. It seems that many people do postal inland applications, although online applications are available. I therefore wonder, if anybody experienced any problems with online applications (Tier 2 change of employer / Dependand)? Do I also understand correctly, that the sequence is the following - fill the online forms (for yourself: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... r2-general and for dependant: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner), wait for a confirmation, send the documents by post (yours and dependant documents in one envelope), wait for the invitation for biometrics? This procedure is described for priority service, but not for the regular one.
Also, I was wondering how do people usually post their documents - by registered post or by courier? If latter, which courier usually?
