Can someone please tell me that do I need VISA to travel to Europe, I am in UK on EEA FAMILY PERMIT VISA which was issued for 6 months in a non- EU Country and I want to travel to Europe with my spouse from UK, who is EEA National?

OR

I need to obtain a EEA Family Permit Residence Card in UK to travel to Europe without visa.

Unless you have a RC, to travel into Europe you will need a Schengen visa, while your EEA FP is valid, you can get back into the UK without problems.

but i heard the uk immigration border wont ask you about the type of visa you have for uk. Thats why while travelling with eu national spouse to europe they wont ask for the visa.

Well it seems was clear what I wrote before.

EEA FP is a valid visa for the UK only, 6 months, during that time you can leave the UK as many times as you want during those 6 months, when you get back, UKBA will see the FP and let you in, no questions asked.

To travel into Europe, the non eu national will need a Schengen visa, otherwise, she or he won't be able to travel into Europe, hope is clear now, unless the non eu gets a RC, and then yes, can travel freely all over Europe with the RC.

Sorry, just did read, your post again, being married, then the best thing to do, is to call the embassy in London of the first country you will be going to, and ask them directly, sure they will tell you if a visa will be needed, a phone call is the best and quick way to find out what is needed.
