Dear
My name is Rajesh and I am resided in Brackley. Actually I am a TIER 2 ICT immigrant, my company changed it's address about a month ago and their name was removed from the Tier 2 sponsor list. My visa already expired on 08/04/15 and currently I am on a 28 days grace period which expires on 06/05/15. My company said that they received the acknowledgement from UKBA on 15/04/15 saying that their name will be bring back soon. But until now the name is not back on the list yet and my current grace period gonna expire in next 6 working days. Can someone please guide me what should I do in this case. Do i need to return back to my home country if the name doesn't come back on the list or what should i do. I am actually stressed about my current situation.
Can someone please tell me what should i do in this case. Does UKBA actually removes the name on change of address?

Has your sponsor's licence been suspended rather than revoked?
Do you have a CoS for the extension?

I really don't know whether they have been suspended or evoked because all they said to me is that the UKBA will be going to put the name back on the list soon as they have received the acknowledgement from them on 15/04/15. Today my sponsors sent me the address of their new location which seems genuine.
I have no cos at the moment for my extension. What should i do as my current leave of 28 days gonna expire next week on 06/05/15.

Is your sponsor an umbrella company?

Dear
I really don't know whether they're an umbrella company or not. But yesterday when they shown me the payslip their new address was mentioned on it. I spoke to UKBA they said I can't file my visa extension without cos. I really don't know what to do in this situation as I have only few working days left. Does UKBA normally removes the name from the list in change of address?
If it does then they said everything is going good as my sponsors have receive the acknowledgment from them. How many days will UKBA take to put their name back?

they were probably removed from the sponsor register because they failed to inform UKVI of their change of address and UKVI found out
If it does then they said everything is going good as my sponsors have receive the acknowledgment from them.
did they refuse to give or show you a copy of what they received from UKVI on 15 April?
How many days will UKBA take to put their name back?
have you stopped working on 8 April?
what category of T2 ICT was your last leave in?
has the company told UKVI that they need to assign a CoS urgently because one of their sponsored migrant's leave expired recently but he is still within the 28 day period?
