Hello guy,
I have being observing this website which most of the member are telented and wise.well done guy for cracking brain. Now that the pressure from HO has cause an increase with cardivascular trouble with applicant leading to traumatic health condition and stress on on department of health to treat applicant....lol. Let go straight to the point....with this pressure does any one know the consequences of early application when applicant applied for PR base on family break down from 4 year and 3month instead of 5year onward? Will HO returned the application back and advice the applicant to wait until the 5 years is complete or we they consider the applicant as it approaching the 5years?. We the application be refuse because it us not up to 5 year.i have recieve my certificate of application but still waiting for decisions.please advice of your opinion.

It will probably be (as it should be) refused. You do not meet the requirements if you have not lived in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years. There is a big difference between 4 years & 3 months and 5 years.
