Urgent - not able to book appointment

I am trying to book appointment from India. I was successfully able to book for myself (main applicant) but when I try to book for either my wife or baby the "Select Appointment Location" does not come prefilled with the drop down options. This is happening on all browsers I could try - Chrome, Firefox and IE. I can see error in the browser console about issue "The page at 'https://visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/appointment/ ... ?headerid=.....' was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from 'http://visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Content/timeout/?v=': this content should also be loaded over HTTPS." ( in chrome), and "NetworkError: 403 Forbidden" in Firefox.

I do not know whom to contact, India help center has closed for the day and UK help center says lines are closed.

Who can help me resolve this issue asap so that I can take appointment for all 3 applicants on the same day?

Here is the answer from the FAQs that helped me resolve this issue. I was too stressed at that time to RTFM

Why is my preferred Appointment Location not shown as an option OR why do I receive an error message?
The Appointment options are determined by the Location entered at the beginning of your application. You may get an error message in the Appointments section or not have the Appointment option you need if you have entered the wrong Location in your application. If this is the case you will need to create a new application by clicking on Apply For Myself or Apply For Someone Else via your existing account. You can leave your existing application in your account, this will have no effect on your new application.

Hi,

Did you resolve this issue? I have the same problem, I am currently on ILR in UK and my wife (Indian citizen, not settled) and kids (born in the UK) are applying to join me as a settled person here. Whilst I am able to look for date to book an appointment for my wife, unable to do so for kids? Do I need to book an appointment for my wife and subsequently link the kids application to hers?

Also, I am using VAF4A for both "Wife of a settled person" and "child or other dependent of a settled person", I hope that is correct.

Please advise.
