Urgent Help with my EEA FM, agency or no agency?

Post by carchada » Tue Jun 16, 2015 10:18 pm

Hi everyone.

I need some BIG help please.

I'm Mexican married with an Italian and we just moved in to London from Italy less than a month ago. Fortunately my husband is already working and has a contract.
I'm breaking my head with 132 pg of application; someone gave me the recommendation to go to an agency to sort out all the paper work, but they want to charge me £500 + vat + £65 of the application (and any extra for translating my marriage certificate), so its a total average of 800.
They kind of "guaranteed" me I would get my permit with no problem, but its too much money that we don't even have and i want to see if its worth paying for it.
They scared me by telling me I had to be very careful with all the documents I send because the smallest mistake can jeopardize the procedure and they will send every thing back (like printed out stuff)., they also said to me that sending Too many was a mistake.
Also...
In section 12. Proof of your sponsor's income or salary says:
Wage slips covering the last 3 months or the relevant period, and or bank statements...
But we've been here less than a month... is this a problem? can i show only 3 weeks/2 payslips???

I've read loads of topics and it takes 6 months to get the Family residence permit, and i need to start ASAP

Can anyone please advice me on what to do, im super confused and frustrated.
I really really appreciate any help

thank you all

The form is a bit complex, but you are not required to fill all of it.

Only fill the section relevant to your case and only print the section relevant to you.
