I could not find the answer to this so I have posted it here. Any comments/ insight would be useful. I want to know about the Naturalisation certificate i.e. what use it has, will I ever need it again, where will it come handy, etc. This same goes for the Biometric Card.
I have already got my British Passport, so am wondering if the above two will be useful to me in any way.
Thanks in advance
Please note carefully the difference:
• Your British Passport is just a travel document and it is
not a proof of your UK Citizenship, but merely an evidence of it.
• Your Naturalisation Certificate is the
most important document in your UK immigration route, it proves you took Oath to become UK Citizen through Naturalisation. So keep it safe, scan it on very high resolution and keep soft copies at multiple secure places.
• Your ILR BRP ceased to exist technically, once you were granted Naturalisation as a British Citizen. You can destroy it.

Hope this clears things up for you.
