Urgent -- Crossing boarder without BRP

Did anyone travel without biometric residence permit?
My visa application was successful, but I didn't know that they collect current BRP. I booked tickets for tomorrow and now I have neither my old one (this was taken from me) nor new one (this will be delivered in a week). I really need to take this journey.
Please any suggestion!

Without the BRP how will you prove legal residence?
(Casa, not CR001)
