I need some advice again please!
I sponsored my parents to visit us (me and my family) in the UK. Their visa has been refused by the Entry Clearance Officer(ECO). ECO stated in the refusal letter that because my parents failed to explain fully their financial position so he / she is not satisfied that they are genuninely seeking a vistors entry into the UK...blah blah blah!
ECO was satisfield on the sponsor side though(I was the sponsor).
Also ECO didn't give appeal right or a right of administrative review (may be they have stopped giving these rights altogether!)
Please note my parents have been to UK three times before with few years gaps and always went back well before their visas ran out...I understand every application is assessed on its own merit.
I would like to re-apply my parents family visit visa with additional information on their financial position but my dilemma is this:
1) ECO didn't return Sponsor's documents (i.e. my bank statements, mortgage statements, employment contract etc) with the refusal letter so should I send all sponsor documents again (as we didn't keep any copies of them)?
2) or should we re-apply without sponsor's documents? and refer previous application numbers in a covering letter explaining that originals were not returned...and put a copy of rejection letter as well.
I am worried that if we apply without sponsor documents - ECO might reject the visa again on the basis of no Sponsor's documentation...
even though ECO stated in the refusal letter that he is satisfied on Sponsor's side....
Could someone please advice what should we do?
Thank you so much!
