However i have paid the NHS charges and when i called the bank they said Home Office tried to take the application fees from the bank and it has declined due to lack of funds this was casued by my phone bill taken the same day so there was no money for the visa application fee.
What will happen in this case please let me know
Have you now put adequate funds in the bank & advised the bank to expect a large payment request?
Have you contacted HO to explain the situation & ask them to retry claiming payment
Do you have a copy of your application to prove you gave the correct authorisation to HO to request payment ?
ie all bank account details, amount, name, signature etc were completed in full on your payment slip?
- this is important

This is an impressive and extremely welcome development in the law. From now on, it seems, applications cannot simply be rejected as invalid by the UKBA on the basis of the assertion that it was not possible to obtain payment. The UKBA will have to provide proof that the application itself was invalid
Based on the above HO should give another chance to pay.
