Tier2 Long Term ICT Cooling period

Hello Manci,

I came UK on 30 July 2011 on 3 year Tier 2 ICT and it got extended in May 2014 for another
2 year.My Tier 2 Long term Visa will be expiring on 07 Apr 2016.

Will my Visia extend after 2016 as I completed 5 year? If No will Cooling period will be applicable for me ?

When did you apply for the first ICT visa? The application date will be the date the payment was made (for out of country applications). If it's after 06-Apr-2011, you cannot extend your ICT visa beyond 5 years unless you are paid 155,300 or more. You will have to return to your home country and a 12-month cool-off will apply before you can apply once again on any Tier 2 visa.
