It is a little unclear.
Does the letter say you now have permission to have an appeal hearing. In other words you have succeeded in getting an appeal arranged?

Or is it advising your appeal has already been heard and the outcome was successful (for you).
If so does the letter tell you that the outcome was in detail?
or does it say they will write with further information?
or does it tell you what next steps will be & what you have to do?

Have you got your documents/passport back?
For example, in my case when we won an appeal for my family (a few years ago) we just got the passport returned in the mail but with the visa included - there was no results letter nor explanation at all.
Maybe that's what is happening here too.

Is there a contact address or helpline mentioned in the letter in case you have queries?

hi,it states that both parties have 14 days to appeal ,there are 4 pages decisions and reasons ,on the last page it says DECISION -the appeal is allowed under the immigration rules

Sounds promising.

So presumably you will hear again if there is any appeal and if the other party's appeal has any merit (if they happen to lodge any appeal).

It appears you could then expect a follow up letter in 14days plus however long it takes to do the admin.

If any contact details are provided you may wish to crosscheck that is going to happen (rather than sitting worrying for 14 days or more).
