So basically I've made my application on Visa4UK however I have confirmed my application, BRP and Appointment even paid the IHS Fee, however I am not able to pay the Visa Fee because of worldpay giving my the following error,

Sorry, your order is no longer payable
Please contact the merchant quoting the following reference number: GWF..............

Some have told me to restart the application but I can't there is no option, I can't even start a fresh one because I've already paid the IHS Fee, please if someone could help me?

I even contacted worldpay but they said to contact UKVI on 00 44 1243 218 119 below the number it says

This is a paid service and there is a cost of £1.37 UK Sterling per minute in addition to your standard network charges. Please have a valid credit or debit card ready to process your payment. We can accept MasterCard credit and debit cards, and Visa credit and debit cards. You will not be charged until you are connected to an adviser. Calls may be recorded for training purposes. We are able to handle your calls in English or Urdu.

Does that mean I can make my payment over the phone???

It sounds like payment can be processed by the WorldPay helpline.

It will only cost you a 1 or 2 minute phone call (@ £1.37 per minute) to find out if that is a way forward.

That number is off UKVI though, not Worldpay, Worldpay said they can't do anything

I dont think you can pay the application fee over the phone. The above charges is the line rental charges. as soon as they answer the call they ask you for your debit or credit card number and depending on how many mins you talk to them, it will be charged at the rate of £1.37 per minute on ur card.
They asking you to contact them because it’s the worldpay giving you an error and they might be able to assist you.
On VFs site, it doesn’t say anywhere that you can pay the fees via phone
