Application made but Passport returned??

Hi,

I made the application, FAST TRACK which was truly available
but then after a week they decided to return the passport!!

WHY??
Anyone occurred similar case??

MY WIFE RECEIVED THE VISA

I was so worried, since they did not update the tracking system 100%
they left the DECISION MADE out and returned the document.

this made me worry and was in panic ... but yeh what a relief.

PS: Copy of my passport was not certified from Lawyer, only by bank!
also they never asked about the apostile stamp as I was worried.
