Could you please quote me the authentic reference from the Home Office document about your argument. ThanksFuzail wrote:But I have read that if we have acknowledgment letter and birth certificate , they can????
The day parents get thier ILR on 10 years basis or any other category, dependents previous status become invalid therefore they need a valid status to travel back to UK, therefore it is not advisable to travel out of UK unless you get their British Passports. Precaution is better than cure so to avoid hassle/hurdle it is better not to take step which will create problem for you especially when traveling with the kids.Fuzail wrote:I have read on different forums not on home office document. that's why I am confused. but a lot of people entered in Uk as they satisfied the immigration officer by showing these documents. I still have doubt.
Totally agree with mtahiriqbal13, now ukba check ur status while u take exit from UK and if somehow you manage to board on plane the authorities in Pakistan won't let u travel to UK without a valid UK visa or British passport.mtahiriqbal13 wrote:Getting through to immigration will be second stage but without valid passport or visa Airline will not allow you to board the plane.
I am in similar situation and have seen all possible ways, you must have a valid British Passport or visa to board a plan and enter in UK. Don't risk! If you got trap by UKBA it will be issue forever.
I am also in a same boat. I have to travel by the end of Nov...and hope full that we'll get response back by the mid of Nov as currently it looks speed up as there are a lot of approvals coming for Naturalisations applications.munna007 wrote:Totally agree with mtahiriqbal13, now ukba check ur status while u take exit from UK and if somehow you manage to board on plane the authorities in Pakistan won't let u travel to UK without a valid UK visa or British passport.mtahiriqbal13 wrote:Getting through to immigration will be second stage but without valid passport or visa Airline will not allow you to board the plane.

I was asked as why I didn't get a referee who is engaged with child professionally. I told the situation as the baby is too young (18 months) and didn't get any such chance. The council staff called up Home office and confirmed it's ok as the child was young and said would send letter to me if anything is in need.
I think only waiting people come back to forum and update (apart from few)....Alex62 wrote:Its gone quiet again. Please has anyone received approvals or registeration certificates, especially from July applications.
I know they say 6 months. I thought that was a mere estimation. To have other peoples lives and plans put on hold for half of a year (6 months). Is there any way or anything than can be done. Any sugesstions will be appreciated. Thanks .
