Settlement ILR SET(O) - Tier 1 General Route - Checklist

Post by jilka007 » Tue Nov 10, 2015 5:28 pm

Hello Experts,

I am planning to apply for ILR through SET(0) Application for me and my spouse.

I would like to know the checklist for the documents I need to produce for Same day application.

My situation is:
Tier 1 General
Permanent Employment with Payslips & Bank Statements
Lived in UK for 5 years (Entered UK on 2010)
Went to India for 21 Working Days.
Went to Europe for 5 Days.
Passed Life in UK
Degree is listed in PBS calculator for Tier 2 General

My Spouse situation is:
Married on 2008
Lived with me in UK Since 2010, completed 5 years as well.
Her Degree is also listed in PBS calculator.
Passed Life in UK

Kindly let me know the list of documents that I need to produce for ILR document as per the current rules in place. Thanks a lot for your guidance in advance.

Thanks

can you can answer these questions?

4.3 Have you and/or your partner obtained the following to show that you have met the
knowledge of language and life in the UK requirement.

, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.

You’ll need your original degree certificate

Thanks Very much mates,

Both of us have Original Degree Certificate and also Cohabitation documents. This should be enough I believe.

Cohabitation we are planing to produce:
1. Joint/Separate Bank Statements
2. Health Clinic Certificate
3. Credit Card Bills
4. Electoral Register.

We have most these for 5 years and some of them for at-least 2 years.

Do I need 5 years HMRC statement for my salary & tax? I have been in permanent employment only. No contracting.

Regards
