PIO TO OCI STATUS CHECK

Hi, my elder brother went to Hounslow VFSL 4 weeks ago and handed in passport and PIO document but I am unable to check online status enquiry and comes with no record. Has anybody experienced same problem? Has any body got Hounslow VFSL telephone number or any other method to contact them?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks I did check on Online Status Enquiry but fail to bring anything.thanks for telephone numbers I will try them.

In such case, I don't think VFS will be able to help ... as their responsibility ends (for the time being) with accepting your application and forwarding it to HCI.
Better contact HCI London and enquire why there is no status reflecting on the official status enquiry website.
