Hi

I need advise.

I think I could be the father of an EEA child but the mother has said that this child is someone elses.

Is there anyway I can prove this and get a visa to be in my child's life.

The mother is non EEA also.

Please help.

DNA test is the only way to prove if you are the father.

Who is listed as father on the childs birth certificate?

How is the child an EU citizen if you and the childs mother are non EU?
