Apply for OCI in London and get it stamped in India?

Hi Guys,

I am planning to apply OCI for my daughter in UK, but I have to travel soon afterwards. My question is can I get her an E-Visa/Tourist and then get the OCI stamped in Delhi, India?

How does one upload all the required docs for minors when the site only allows two relevant fields (My daugher <1 years born in UK)
Curent Passport - My daugther British PAssport
Indian Oirign proof - I have uploaded my OCI card

All the other fields are irrelevant to her:
Indian Visa
PIO Card
Spouse OCI card
Relationship Certificate

How does one upload parents old india passport, marriage cert, surrender certificate, Mothers OCI card?
