Hi every one
Just got letter and whole document back today
It is refused

The refusel point is

1)Sponsor( husband )did not send divorce certaficte
2) sponsor (husband ) did not send 6 bank statement
Showing payment each month
Now
Would you all believe me this visa office must be drunk or on Samthing
I did indeed send decree absolute (which is divorce )
And bank statement for 7 months showing all my monthly payment in every month .

I can not believe this is true happen

Now do I appeal or new case (just change the job have to wait I guess 6 more months )

Hiw long it take to get heard if I appeal

Oh my god thus is a joke .

Is it possible to ask home office to reconsider my case
If not I'm quite happy to appeal caz I know I have a strong avidence

Relax its now the case of 80 percent applications.If you have all documents the original absolute decree from Home office then believe me you have a strong case to win at review stage. Dont reapply because in your circumstances you will have to wait for another 6 months.you know.

Do write a strong detailed letter and provide 6 months wageslips and corresponding bank statements and absolute degree and you will be able to resolve this matter at review stage approximately 3 to 4 months maximum for positive outcome.Good luck and kindly pray for me.A similar case like you .For any other query please post here.We all try to help you out.Could you please tell me from where your wife was applying ?

I was feeling bad
Yes I have all documents back
Plus I gave decree absolute from putney court
And pay slips I have last 10 months and statement bank all of them

And it show the salary paid monthly

I'm not going to to reapply
I will appeal strict away

when I turn the page to the form I found is IAFT-2 FORM


Know I'm confused which firm I should use
Plus can I send this copy of refusel letter it us not original
And the supporting documents must be original or copy
Example my bank statement are fine I can send original
What about dcree absolute

Dont bother too much about the form ,both are the same these are meant for personal details .Actually after 6 April 2015 now appeal rights are limited All appeal must be met and address human right.
All documents should be in a photo copies form not original .
@casa suggested for re consideration .Kindly ask him the process of re consideration he is a wealth of knowledge and great experience.

For a Entry Clearance Manager review.
Fill in the form IAFT-2 and send it with the decision notice to the address shown at the bottom of the page.
The form should be completed in English

Give reasons why you believe the Entry Clearance Officer made an error in refusing your application. Give all details which you feel will strengthen your case. Make sure you give a contact address.

When you appeal using form IAFT-2, make sure you sign the form.
Send any documents supporting your grounds for appeal with the form. All documents must be in English or include a certified translation. Don't staple any documents together, but you can attach them with paperclips.

In Appeal there should be nothing original ,basically request by tribunal dont send any document original it will likely to be lost .You can use a fax copy of refusal letter freely .But your wife need to sign the form herself or provide you a consent letter to sign by her sponoser on her behalf
