Settlement application up to 28 days

Dear members,

I'm planning to apply for ILR on 04/03/2016 in Birmingham (Solihull) PEO, I have booked 9am slot.
My original TIER 1 General was granted on 01/04/2011 to 01/04/2013
Second extension is from (as i went slightly early for renewal) from 06/03/2013 to 06/03/2016
Current visa end date : 06/03/2016

My concern is, I will reach the end of a specified 5 years with leave in a qualifying route on 01/04/2016 but my application date will be 04/03/2016. Which is working out exactly 28 days (01/04/2016 - 04/03/2016)

First can someone confirm my calculation of days is correct and whether i will be fine to apply on 04/03/2016 ?

Any help or advice would be really helpful.

I agree, as per my calculations, you qualify to apply on 4/3/2016. You should go ahead with your application. For peace of mind, do check this thread: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ligibility, which confirms the calculation.
