New Tier 2 dependant notification

Hello.

I recently received Tier 2 general migrant visa and stated working for my sponsor.
My wife currently has her own tier 2 ICT visa and about to apply for Tier 2 as my dependent in the UK. Do I need to notify UKBA about my additional dependant once my wife receives her tier 2 dependant visa? Should I use "POINTS BASED SYSTEM: MIGRANT CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES FORM" or something else?

you need to apply pbs dependent. it will be applied by filling online form.
there is no other need to tell ukvi of anything else
