I applied for my EEA family permit in June 2015. I am from India, my spouse is from Greece. He was then a student doing his Masters in Media Production, he graduated with distinction in November 2015 and the HO refused my application saying we had not updated them with his status and hence he was not exercising his treaty rights post his graduation. In the mean time before we received the refusal letter we had sent out a letter to the HO stating he is doing an internship for a month and had already worked with BFI on a fixed term contract. But he was still looking for a full time job. He had not registered with Job center plus because he wanted a job in his field (Media production) and not do something irrelevant. A few days later in December the HO replied they are going to reconsider the application. In January 2016 he received a full time internship offer from Red Bull Media House in Salzburg for 6 months period. We have recently updated the HO with the work contract and a letter from him stating his intention to come back to England after completing the internship in July 2016.
My question is is there any other criterion that we need to cover.
