Is there anything wrong with using two versions of form AN?

Is there anything wrong with using two versions of form AN?

I completed the form AN on the form downloaded version October 2015 and i sent the two referee pages to be signed and they were duly returned. Just before i sent my form, i decided to just do one last check at which point i found out that a new version of the form (January 2016) had been released. I have since downloaded and completed the new form except for the two pages which my referees signed. Can i just slot the two old pages into the new form and send or will this likely cause some problems? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
